Services
From handover onwards
It all starts with a handover clean, but a building still needs cleaning in its fifth year. These are the five kinds of work I do, all to the same sequence and the same standard.
- Not finished until it passes the handover inspection
- One person, from the quote to the walk-through

Post-construction & pre-occupancy
My core service: debris removal, dust in three passes, finish residue, windows, and a handover pass with the project’s representative.
Service page
Office & commercial
Fit-outs, floor refurbishments and office moves — including raised floors, acoustic ceilings and internal glazing.
Service page
Residential towers & common areas
Flat by flat before handover, and in parallel the lobby, stairwells, car park and shared balconies.
Service page
Cleanroom & laboratory
Handover cleaning for facilities with particle requirements: approved chemicals, dedicated wipes, and a record of what was done.
Service page
Ongoing building maintenance
A frequency contract with the same person every visit — daily, weekly or monthly, according to what the building actually needs.
Service pageOne-off jobs
High-level window cleaning, stone floor polishing, pressure-washing a car park, or cleaning after water damage — contract or no contract.
Ask for a priceWhat they have in common
The same sequence, in every kind of building
Visit and quote
I measure the actual area, check what stage the project is at, and write a quote that states what is included.
Coordination
Working hours, lift access, power and water, waste removal, and who else is on site those days.
Execution
Me on site, extra hands if the size or the date calls for them, and an end-of-day update on larger projects.
Handover and snags
A joint walk-through, a list of comments if there are any, and a snag round the same day or the next.
